El Occidente del país es una de las principales regiones productoras de café de Honduras. Los cafés originarios de esta zona han ganado múltiples premios nacionales e internacionales por su excelente calidad y consistencia.

 En el 2012, Santa Rosa de Copán se convierte, por acuerdo municipal, en LA CAPITAL DEL BUEN CAFÉ.

Podrás realizar el tour de café que incluye visitas a las diferentes cafeterías de especialidad, fincas de café, tostadurías, laboratorios de catación y beneficios de café.

The western region of the country is one of the main coffee producing regions in Honduras. The coffees of this area have won multiple national and international awards for their excellent quality and consistency.

In 2012, Santa Rosa de Copán becomes, by municipal agreement, THE CAPITAL OF FINE COFFEE.

You can take the coffee tour that includes visits to the different specialty coffee shops, coffee farms, coffee roasteries, cupping laboratories and coffee mills.

En 1983, Don Orlando y Doña Argentina Valle inician con este proyecto en la comunidad de Inshuma, a pocos kilómetros de Santa Rosa de Copán.

Esta finca rural se distingue por procesar un café natural melado, el cual se pone a secar al sol sin retirar el mucílago que recubre el grano.

Brindan el servicio de recorrido guiado alrededor de la finca y sus procesos de producción.

In 1983, Don Orlando and Doña Argentina Valle began with this project in the community of Inshuma, a few kilometers far from Santa Rosa de Copán.

This farm and cafeteria is distinguished by processing a honey processed coffee, which is sundried without removing the mucilage that covers the grain.

They provide a guided tour around the farm and its production processes.
